Tracy believes that from the living room to the boardroom, a woman’s potential knows no boundaries. Women are often underestimated yet research shows that women in business consistently outperform their male counterparts. Experience has shown Tracy that building a workplace where women bring their whole selves to work and love what they do creates a ripple effect of success.

By empowering women, one woman at a time, we can exponentially influence the world. When you empower one woman, you are, by extension, also supporting their partners, children, aging parents, and communities. Women truly are the backbones of their communities. When women feel empowered, they live with more intentionality, are thoughtful decision-makers and dream big.

To empower women outside of her organizations, Tracy donates 5% of net profits to local causes that empower women. Those causes have included Food Banks, Haven for Hope, WEAVE, Women's Empowerment, Dress for Success, St. John’s Program for Real Change and Family Violence Prevention Services. She believes that when we give back and empower others, we all win.
